How to watch Hawks vs. Kings: NBA live stream info, TV channel, time, game odds

Through 3 Quarters

The Atlanta Hawks were the heavy favorites here for a reason. After three quarters it’s looking more and more like their high-powered offense is just too much for the Sacramento Kings as Atlanta lead 94-74.

The Hawks have been relying on point guard Trae Young, who has dropped a double-double on 17 points and 11 dimes in addition to four steals, and shooting guard Bogdan Bogdanovic, who has 18 points and four assists. Those points put Bogdanovic near his season high of 20. One thing to keep an eye out for is De’Andre Hunter’s foul situation as he currently sits at four.

Sacramento has been relying on the performance of power forward Harrison Barnes, who has 21 points along with seven rebounds.

Sacramento has lost 90% of their games in which they were down going into the fourth quarter. Barring a miraculous turnaround, this game will end the same way.

What to Know

The Atlanta Hawks will take on the Sacramento Kings at 7:30 p.m. ET Wednesday at State Farm Arena after having had a few days off. Atlanta will be strutting in after a win while Sacramento will be stumbling in from a defeat.

You can’t lose the matchup if you win every quarter, and that was precisely the Hawks’ strategy against the Charlotte Hornets on Sunday. Atlanta put the hurt on Charlotte with a sharp 113-91 victory. The game was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point Atlanta had established an 85-66 advantage. Their point guard Trae Young did his thing and shot 8-for-15 from downtown and finished with 30 points.

Meanwhile, the Kings took a serious blow against the Boston Celtics on Tuesday, falling 128-75. Sacramento was in a tough position by the half, with the score already sitting at 63-30. Power forward Harrison Barnes just could not get things rolling his way, finishing with only four points on 1-for-12 shooting in his 29 minutes on the court.

The Hawks are the favorite in this one, with an expected 10.5-point margin of victory. They might be worth taking a chance on against the spread as they are currently on a four-game streak of ATS wins.

Atlanta didn’t have too much breathing room in their contest with the Kings in the teams’ previous meeting earlier this month, but they still walked away with a 108-102 victory. Will Atlanta repeat their success, or does Sacramento have a better game plan this time around? We’ll find out soon enough.
