Watch Heat vs. Lakers: How to live stream, TV channel, start time for Sunday’s NBA game

Through 3 Quarters

Only one more quarter stands between the Miami Heat and the win they were favored to collect going into this evening. Three quarters in and their offense has really been able to impose its will, dominating the Los Angeles Lakers 91-70.

Miami has been riding high on the performance of small forward Jimmy Butler, who has almost posted a triple-double on 18 points, 12 dimes, and nine rebounds. One thing to keep an eye out for is Bam Adebayo’s foul situation as he currently sits at four.

Los Angeles has enjoyed the tag-team combination of small forward LeBron James and point guard Russell Westbrook. The former has 22 points along with six boards, while the latter has 15 points and seven assists in addition to five rebounds. Westbrook has also picked up four fouls, though.

What to Know

The Los Angeles Lakers’ road trip will continue as they head to FTX Arena at 6 p.m. ET Sunday to face off against the Miami Heat. The Lakers will be strutting in after a win while Miami will be stumbling in from a loss.

Los Angeles had enough points to win and then some against the Orlando Magic this past Friday, taking their game 116-105. Los Angeles got their victory on the backs of several key players, and it was power forward Carmelo Anthony out in front picking up 23 points.

Meanwhile, Miami was close but no cigar this past Friday as they fell 110-108 to the Atlanta Hawks. Despite the defeat, Miami got a solid performance out of center Bam Adebayo, who had 21 points and five assists in addition to six boards.

The Lakers are expected to win this handily, but they should have beaten the Oklahoma City Thunder Nov. 4 easily too and instead slipped up with a 107-104. In other words, don’t count the Heat out just yet.
