Tempelhof –

The 51 plots of Hansakorso Colony at Werner-Vo-Damm threatened with the demolition have become a bit safer. Although the city development committee of the BVV Tempelhof-Schneberg decided on the “social infrastructure concept”, which provided for the demolition, the colony explicitly excluded it.

Colony Hansakorso: According to landscape program 2016 shown as allotment area

The responsible city council Jrn Oltmann (Greens) was asked to clarify the legal discrepancies until the next meeting on 17 April. According to the zoning plan, the colony is green space, and the larger part planned as a building plot for a kindergarten was designated as “permanently protected” in the previous allotment gardening plan.

In addition, the allotment gardeners have found out that their colony according to the landscape program 2016 of the Senate Environmental Administration is designated as allotment area – ie the administration, which now provides “for structural development”.
